Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – New Grad Opportunity with Extensive Training Program

- Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals for both settings.
- Lead clinic staff in delivery of excellent patient care, guiding X‑ray technologists, nurses, and front‑office specialists.

- Review patients’ medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications; ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Engage with clinical leadership; elevate concerns to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient charts, forward charts daily, and meet documentation timelines.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols per CMO and supervising physician instructions.
- Analyze patient histories and findings to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostics and therapeutic recommendations with a patient‑centric focus on safety, cost, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management.
- Work efficiently in autonomous, fast‑paced clinic and virtual settings.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
- Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.
- Complete mandatory compliance training to maintain quality of care.
- Adhere to core company values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, friendliness.
- Recommend ideas to improve patient experience and care.
- Communicate regularly with team members to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions and tours, and assist with learning activities and required training.
- Support new employee training through job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with clients and employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required for the position as specified in the physical demands.
- Promote and maintain confidentiality of employees, employers, and business information.
- Consult patients through virtual communication channels.
- Have proven experience as a telehealth clinician.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- PRN employees work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.
- Additional responsibilities for ancillary providers (on‑call support).
- Levels:
- Level 1 – New Grad with up to 1 year experience
- Level 2 – 1–5 years experience
- Level 3 – 5–10 years experience
- Level 4 – 10+ years experience
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER or trauma unit, or family medical practice (strongly preferred).
- Active, good‑standing license and DEA; DEA required for all providers, within 120 days of meeting state practice minimums.
