Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) – Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation

We are seeking a caring and dependable RN to join our weekend nursing team.

Position:
Weekend Day Shift – Saturday and Sunday (10 hours, flexible). This role offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in just two days.

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Must be reliable and available to work scheduled weekend shifts.
• Experience in a long‑term care or rehab setting is preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards.
• Act as a resource for problem‑solving clinical or staffing issues.
