What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills to encourage customer commitment
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Preferred educational background:
    Associate's degree or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role in a telecommunications setting
  • Strong familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
