Security Officer Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verifying access permissions when required and assisting with directional information for guests and event attendees;
Support emergency response activities according to post orders, including notifying supervisors and/or public officials, helping with crowd management, and maintaining clear communication during changing situations
