SkillSphere is expanding its Talent Acquisition Division and is looking for organised, proactive, and motivated individuals to support our global recruitment operations. In this role, you will coordinate with hiring partners, recruiters, freelancers, and agencies across different countries. This is a fully remote opportunity offering international exposure, flexible working hours, paid training, and strong career-growth potential. Job Details Work Type: Fully Remote, Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 6–8 hours per day, scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM across compatible UK and IST working hours Start Date: Immediate onboarding Applications are welcome from candidates based in the UK, India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, the UAE, South Africa, Eastern Europe, and other locations with compatible time zones. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour Payment Cycle: Weekly or biweekly Estimated Monthly Earnings: £950–£1,350, depending on approved working hours and performance Additional Earnings: Monthly performance incentives and commissions Training: Fully paid training provided Career Growth: Opportunities for fast-tracked promotions and leadership responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with and onboard global hiring partners, freelancers, and recruitment agencies • Explain SkillSphere’s recruitment model, screening standards, and candidate-submission process • Support communication between sourcing partners and internal hiring requirements • Review candidate profiles and documents for accuracy, quality, and completeness • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools • Ensure professional communication, data confidentiality, and process compliance • Prepare daily progress updates, reports, and internal recruitment documentation • Follow up with hiring partners and support the timely completion of recruitment stages Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable, confident in communication, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, customer service, coordination, or business development would be beneficial, although full training will be provided. |
