Staff Accountant
Location: Eagan, MN (Onsite, Full-Time)
Compensation: Up to $80,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing

• Manage daily AP/AR activities and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and support month-end close
• Assist with payroll processing for union and non-union employees
• Reconcile accounts and support basic financial reporting
• Participate in system migration (Sage 50 to Sage 100) and process automation initiatives
• Support operational and cross-functional projects as needed

• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small business setting
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, payroll, and month-end processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hands-on environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working onsite
• Experience with Sage or similar accounting systems preferred
