We're partnering with a highly successful, private equity-backed organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. With nearly $1 billion in annual revenue and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to gain visibility, broaden your responsibilities, and make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Manage accounting responsibilities related to lease accounting, project accounting, and other key balance sheet areas
- Support financial reporting and management reporting processes
- Partner with operational and corporate teams on business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- General ledger and month-end close experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Desire to learn, take ownership, and grow professionally
- CPA or CPA-track
- Public accounting experience
- Oracle, Power BI, or other ERP/reporting system experience
- Exposure to lease accounting or project accounting
- Highly successful and growing PE-backed company
- Flexible hybrid schedule
- Modern Oracle Fusion / Oracle EPM environment
- Strong visibility and ownership

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 + 10% bonus
