DOPE Marketing is seeking a Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper to own daily accounting operations and support the Financial Controller for an expanding multi-storefront e-commerce business. You will reconcile bank statements, manage AP/AR, and ensure revenue from Shopify/Stripe is accurate while contributing to audits and month-end closes.
The role requires a BA in Accounting/Finance, 1–3+ years of bookkeeping, strong Excel, and hands-on Quick Books experience, with preference for Hub Spot familiarity.
