Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Support– Greet and assist clients during check-in at clinic locations– Collect and process payments in accordance with company policies– Answer client questions and provide general support in a professional, compassionate manner– Always ensure a positive and confidential client experience
Client Services Team Support– Provide backup support for phone lines, including answering calls and routing inquiries appropriately– Assist with client scheduling needs and general inquiries as needed– Support waitlist management, including tracking, updates, and client communication
Administrative & Records Support– Assist with medical records requests and documentation processing– Upload, send, and track client forms and required documentation– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Clinical Team Support– Provide administrative support to clinicians as needed– Help coordinate communication between clinicians and clients– Assist with operational tasks that enable clinicians to focus on patient care Qualifications– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred– 1+ years of experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or customer service setting preferred– Strong interpersonal and communication skills– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities– Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred

Work Environment– Primarily clinic-based with occasional administrative responsibilities– May require sitting, standing, and interacting with clients throughout the day– Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and responsiveness
