Position location is flexible and may office from a branch in Winona, MN - Eagan, MN - Indianapolis, IN or West Chester, OH

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Working as Full-time eBusiness Project Analyst, you will be responsible for the oversight for the EDI/punchout integration projects between Fastenal and our customer's procurement systems. This includes cross-departmental coordination (eCommerce Sales, National Accounts, Government, Information Technology and Regional Vice Presidents/District Managers/site personnel) as well as direct contacts with key stakeholders within our customers.

• Overseeing EDI/punchout integration projects
• Executing project meeting expectations and defined timelines
• Assessing integration requests to vet systems capabilities
• Identifying solutions to enhance customer's Procure-to-Pay process
• Coordinating IT/Marketing resources for integration projects
• Facilitating communication between all parties to ensure timelines and goals are being met
• Providing ongoing optimization by identifying efficiencies and solutions for existing integrations

• Possess a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field of study OR have at least 1 year of Fastenal work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

• Prior work experience in sales, customer service, project management and/or technology

The base pay range for this position is $42,000 - 55,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
