Job Description & How to Apply Below
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, team-focused Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale our growing DME sales team. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in sales leadership who is passionate about coaching, setting strategy, and driving results through structure and accountability—not just making individual sales.
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, with an emphasis on one-on-one coaching, team development, and accountability.
Set clear sales goals, budgets, and market objectives that align with company strategy.
Develop pricing models and sales frameworks that support long-term customer success.
Analyze data to create customer-facing business reviews and strategic insights.
Establish and enforce sales processes, pipeline standards, and CRM best practices to ensure visibility and efficiency.
Define target markets and guide the team’s outreach and account management strategies.
Lead performance tracking and ensure consistent use of tools and systems (e.g., CRM) to measure progress and results.
What We’re NOT Looking For:
This is not a role for an individual contributor focused on closing deals alone.
This is not a marketing role—budgeting for or directing marketing spend is not part of this scope.
We’re not seeking someone who is “salesy” or tactical without strategy—this role is about building systems, structure, and a team.
What You Bring:
3–5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the DME or healthcare industry.
Proven experience managing account reps and leading sales teams with measurable success.
Strong analytical mindset—you can interpret data and turn it into strategy.
Excellent organizational skills and a systems-oriented approach to team leadership.
Experience building or scaling teams is a plus.
CRM fluency (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) and comfort leading process adoption.
Why Join Us?
You’ll be stepping into a role with high impact and visibility, where you’ll help shape the future of our sales team. If you’re energized by coaching others, setting structure, and scaling success—you’ll thrive here.
