• Analyze revenue, margin, and profitability trends across business segments.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, operational changes, and capital investments.
• Identify risks and opportunities that impact financial performance.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for key initiatives.

• Work directly with leaders across the organization to understand challenges and identify solutions.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics that help leaders make better decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

• Leverage data analysis tools to uncover trends and business insights.
• Explore opportunities to automate reporting and decision‑support processes.
• Stay current on AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies that can improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Help evaluate and implement AI‑enabled solutions that create measurable business value.

• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Support cross‑functional projects focused on growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of data‑driven decision‑making throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand how businesses operate.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Exposure to financial modeling, business analytics, consulting, operations analysis, or corporate strategy.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or other emerging technologies.
• Experience building dashboards, automation workflows, or decision‑support tools.

Transportation, logistics, or trucking experience is not required. We value analytical thinking, business acumen, and a willingness to learn more than industry‑specific experience.
