Senior Business Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Commercial Integration initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This consultant will partner closely with project leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, document business processes, and support integration planning activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale enterprise initiatives involving complex systems, multiple stakeholder groups, and significant cross-functional dependencies.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements
• Create and maintain business process documentation, process flows, and supporting project artifacts
• Support requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze impacts across business processes and integrated systems
• Partner with business and technical teams to clarify and refine requirements
• Facilitate breakout sessions and working groups
• Document decisions, assumptions, risks, and action items
• Support integration planning and implementation efforts
• Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout requirements and delivery activities

• The consultant will support initiatives involving:
• Website and digital customer channels
• Mobile applications
• Supporting integrations and data flows across commercial systems

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives and integrations
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Ability to manage and organize complex requirements
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience working across business and technology organizations
• Experience supporting complex enterprise systems and integrations
• Comfortable operating within hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery environments

• Experience supporting commercial technology ecosystems
• Experience supporting digital channels, mobile platforms, and marketing technology solutions

• Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and system interactions
• Strong communication, facilitation and documentation capabilities
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support large-scale integration efforts with significant organizational complexity

The projected hourly range for this position is $59 to $65.
