Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.
Responsibilities- Identify and analyze business problems and opportunities and provide solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to identify business problems and opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Develop use cases and business models
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis
- Develop business cases and recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions are implemented and deliver value
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce
- Healthcare experience specifically in the payer or provider space
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
