Role
Master Data Management (MDM) Operations Manager leading strategy and enterprise alignment of Master Data initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and refine strategic priorities.
- Conduct trend and risk analysis.
- Support planning and resource allocation.
- Track KPIs.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Assist with special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Operations, or Data Science.
- Minimum 7 years in business operations, consulting, or MDM across private, public, or military sectors.
- Master’s degree.
- 10+ years experience.
- Experience in a global matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Focus on enterprise-wide Master Data value creation, strategic planning, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Work SetupOn-site at Maplewood, MN, with up to 5% domestic travel; relocation support may be provided.
