Job Title: Date Code Genie  Product Development Manager

Department: Date Code Genie ® Product Line

Reports to: DCG Program Director

Schedule :40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, as arranged with Manager
Salary
: $115,000 – $130,000 per year [depending on experience] Specific compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.
Annual Incentive Pay: 5% target of earned base salary, based on individual / team / company performance

The focus of this position is to enhance aspects of the Date Code Genie ® [DCG] product line. Specifically, this role will be responsible for Agile framework and scrum leadership integrating software and hardware for the Date Code Genie  product. A successful candidate will have UI/UX experience and be responsible for maximizing the product's value by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, bridging the gap between stakeholders, engineers and software developers.
