We hire Team Members ages 15 and older - No experience required!
We’re looking for positive and enthusiastic people from all backgrounds and levels of experience to become an integral part of our Holz Farm Camps Team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first job or those looking to gain more experience!
You will be planning and leading various activities, games, and crafts as part of a team at Eagan's Historic Holz Farm. Camp will run Monday - Thursday, with some hours available on Friday's for camp planning.
Team Members work June through August with a combination of daytime and evening hours. There are some weekend opportunities as well! Work anywhere from 10 to 30 hours per week.

Camp starts!
- Work with the Team Lead and/or Program Assistant to carry out summer activities for program participants.
- Work with all participants to promote learning and fun in safe environment.
- Assist in the the set up and take down of program materials and equipment.
- Answer questions and provide information to parents, camp partners, and members of the public.
- Receive and follow work direction and keep leaders and supervisors informed of any concerns.
- Administer basic first aid as needed –
training provided! - Other duties as assigned.
- Job seekers should be 15 years of age or older by the start of employment (May 20, 2026).
- One (1) or more years of experience working or volunteering with children and youth. Examples could include babysitting, VBS teacher or volunteer, youth sports coach, etc.
- Participation in activities, sports, clubs, or other groups.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications.
- Availability to work a variety of hours throughout the summer months.

The Recreation Team Member will be supervised by the Recreation Supervisor and be provided work direction from the Recreation Programmer(s), Recreation Specialist(s), Program Assistant(s), and Team lead(s). This position does not provide any staff supervision.
Physical Requirements- While performing duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk and hear.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, run, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distant vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
- Working conditions may include daytime, evening, weekend and holiday hours both indoors and outdoors.
- Outdoor weather conditions may include sun, rain, wind, humidity, high and low temperatures, snow and other natural weather conditions.
