  Work ~10–15 hours per week, 2-3 days a week — perfect for students, creatives, retired ham operators or anyone who loves broadcast / video operations.

  From live board engineering to voice tracking, you’ll get your hands on real equipment and develop your on‑air chops.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce live and recorded radio and video programs and podcasts
• Deliver live on‑air weather updates with confidence.
• Record voice tracks for other programming
• Operate and engineer the live broadcast boards, keeping shows smooth and professional.
• Execute station formats to keep our listeners engaged.
• Maintain accurate program logs, edit live spots, and handle various production and commercial audio tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Windows‑based computer systems.
• College education preferred, but not required — your passion and skill matter most!
• Flexibility for overnight shifts and weekends — radio never sleeps, and neither do we.
• Proven track record of reliability, attention to detail, and punctuality.
