About the RoleAmrize is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative. (SEASONAL)
What You'll Accomplish- Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control onsite logistics with the customer, sales representatives and Holcim concrete delivery trucks.
- Other duties as circumstances warrant.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communication, improvement and adherence to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers and drivers to facilitate job accomplishment (Fluent in Spanish is a plus).
- Excellent logistical, planning and leadership abilities.
- Organized and strong attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim Approved Personal Protection Equipment (“PPE”), including respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the fit test.
Education: High School Graduate / GED or equivalent experience.
Required
Work Experience:
Five years related experience in the construction or concrete industry, consistent with the position; one or two years of dispatch experience preferred.
