Job Description Summary
Responsible for training and onboarding of new staff, and supervising service and dispatch staff. Builds and maintains effective customer service for all internal and external ECSI’s customers using excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of customer’s workflow requirements and company services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise service and dispatch staff, including service coordinators.
- Act as a liaison between field and office staff, including assisting union staff with general questions.
- Develop workflows, policies and procedures to create and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and prioritize daily assignments and scheduling of service and maintenance work orders.
- Answer phone calls.
- Coordinate schedules for Service and Special Project Technicians to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Create new relationships with prospective customers.
- Generate service work orders and purchase orders.
- Coordinate all inspections and testing.
- Maintain and update customer information.
- Verify billing information for accuracy and provide appropriate information to the Billing Specialist.
- Verify UL compliance.
- Create and file monitoring accounts.
- Order service parts as needed.
- Assist with weekly payroll.
- Coordinate and manage On-Call rotation.
- Verify inventory for work order scheduling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $63,232.00 - $87,552.00 (based on skills, qualifications, experience and location)
