Maintain area according to company policies by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions;
Assist members with locating merchandise and using self-checkout, processing purchases and handling payments/returns/exchanges per policy;
Assist with securing Sam's Club assets and documenting activities; observe for potential criminal activity and execute emergency procedures;
Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates on processes and new technology; deliver program rollout training and opportunities for learning and process improvement.
