Burnsville, MN 55337 - Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
- Schedule:
Morning and evening shifts available (6–8 hours/day) - Employment Type:
Temporary / Seasonal (August through late September)
Schmitty & Sons is hiring friendly, reliable individuals aged 18 and older to assist at our transit stations during two of Minnesota’s most iconic events:
- Minnesota State Fair (12 days in late August–early September)
- Minnesota Renaissance Festival (weekends through the end of September)
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the excitement while helping our community travel safely and smoothly.
What You’ll Do:- Greet and assist passengers at transit stations in Eagan, Burnsville, Shakopee, and St.Paul
- Provide information about bus fares and schedules
- Help customers navigate purchasing bus tickets
- Offer hands‑on support with folding strollers as passengers board
- Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient boarding experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist passengers as needed
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- Availability for morning or evening shifts (7–8 hours/day) during scheduled event days
- $20.00/hour pay
