• Manage patient scheduling and coordinate dental appointments efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address their inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of patient records and maintain confidentiality.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and insurance benefits.
• Facilitate communication between dental staff and patients.
• Handle billing inquiries and process insurance claims accurately.
• Ensure a welcoming and positive environment for all patients.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare coordination role required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in open dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dexis and secure email knowledge
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
