Direct Jobs seeks an ED Medical Director for a well-established Emergency Medicine team north of Minneapolis. This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in a rural ED, leading an experienced group of ED APPs and fostering a patient-centered culture.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in emergency medicine;
Family Medicine trained physicians with ED experience are welcome. Compensation includes $345K+ base, $75K+ sign-on, 26 PTO days and excellent benefits.
