Dental Hygienist

Role Overview: A Dental Hygienist provides preventive dental care, patient education, and oral health assessments within a collaborative practice setting.

• Responsibilities:
  Perform dental cleanings, screenings, and assessments; educate patients on oral health; support patient relationships; and assist in maintaining a positive patient experience.
• Training & Support:
  Participate in a Hygienist-in-Training Program for new graduates, gaining onboarding, shadowing, and familiarity with practice systems, with paid training until licensure is active.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Hold a current dental hygienist license in MN, with knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification is required. Preferred experience includes using digital tools and a desire to grow clinically.
• Physical & Other Requirements:
  Ability to perform essential duties, lift up to 45 pounds, and attend periodic training. A TB test is required prior to employment.
