Park Nicollet Clinics – Eagan – Full‑Time Internal Medicine Physician

Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking a Full‑Time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. This role is an outpatient primary care position within the largest multi‑specialty care system in the Twin Cities.

• Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting, including comprehensive history and physical exam, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Perform a range of in‑clinic procedures as needed.
• Manage the patient in‑basket, coordinating care and documentation.
• Collaborate with an on‑site Department Assistant for clerical tasks.
• Work with an on‑site RN who supports patients with complex conditions and provides triage.
• Assist with patient follow‑up and care coordination.

• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine (or equivalent).
