* Job Summary:
** Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, part of Allina Health, is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join a well-established, collaborative, and mission-driven rehabilitation practice.
This role offers the opportunity to care for patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings, provide hospital-based PM&R consultation services, and partner with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve meaningful functional recovery. The position is supported by experienced physician and APP colleagues, strong hospitalist coverage, and engaged leadership committed to creating a stable, sustainable, and collegial practice environment.
** Key Position Details:
*** Join Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute’s large, established physiatry group of approximately 35 providers, offering the strength and stability of a mature rehabilitation program.
* Work in a collaborative practice environment with a growing brain and spine institute, specialized therapists and nurses, and well-coordinated care management teams.
* Benefit from robust hospitalist support on the inpatient rehabilitation unit, allowing the physiatrist to focus on rehabilitation expertise while working within a dependable care team.
* Participate in a predictable call rotation approximately every sixth week, including Saturday/Sunday inpatient rounding during call weekends.

* Job Description:
**** Principle Responsibilities
*** Admit and round on patients in a 16-bed, CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit within a 500-bed hospital.
* Provide PM&R consultation services in hospital and outpatient settings, helping determine appropriate rehabilitation plans for patients with physical or neurologic impairments.
* Share responsibilities with three other physicians and two APPs in a team-based model designed to support clinical quality, continuity, and work-life sustainability.
* Interest and experience in spasticity management, including evaluation, treatment planning, and procedures, are strongly preferred.
** Required Qualifications
*** Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine
* Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Physical Medicine and Rehab residency
** Licenses/Certifications
*** Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required and must be board certified or be eligible for board certification within Physical Medicine and Rehab upon hire
* ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days
* Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required
* Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required
* National Provider Identifier upon hire required
