MNGI Digestive Health (MNGI) is a physician-owned, independent gastroenterology practice based in the Twin Cities
, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of GI issues and disorders in adults and children.
We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist with a focus in IBD (adults) to join our collaborative and innovative care team.
Position Overview:
- Shareholder Track - 2-year path to shareholder status
- Monday-Friday Schedule with hospital coverage and on-call rotations
- In-person role with access to cutting-edge technologies and subspecialty collaboration.
- Opportunity to dedicate 50% to 70% of clinical practice to IBD care.
- Balanced mix of outpatient, virtual, inpatient, and procedural work.
- Call schedule of approximately 1:10 weekends and 1:20 weekdays.
This position may be available as Ambulatory GI Physician position upon applicant request

- Starting salary range: $400,000-$550,000 annually
