MNGI Digestive Health (MNGI) is a physician-owned, independent gastroenterology practice based in the Twin Cities
, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of GI issues and disorders in adults and children.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist with a focus in IBD (adults) to join our collaborative and innovative care team.

Position Overview:

• Shareholder Track - 2-year path to shareholder status
• Monday-Friday Schedule with hospital coverage and on-call rotations
• In-person role with access to cutting-edge technologies and subspecialty collaboration.
• Opportunity to dedicate 50% to 70% of clinical practice to IBD care.
• Balanced mix of outpatient, virtual, inpatient, and procedural work.
• Call schedule of approximately 1:10 weekends and 1:20 weekdays.

This position may be available as Ambulatory GI Physician position upon applicant request

• State-of-the-art facilities, including in-house infusion services.
• Multidisciplinary IBD program with APP, pathology, dietitian, GI psychology, and clinical research support.
• Strong collaboration with colorectal surgery and an experienced IBD care team.
• Regular IBD-focused team meetings in a collegial practice environment.
• Dedicated administrative support for prior authorizations and medication approvals.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Special interest or training in IBD preferred
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Must meet credentialing/privileging criteria
• J-1 Visa sponsorship not available
• Starting salary range: $400,000-$550,000 annually
  (Exact salary based on experience, education and performance)
