Jackson Physician Search is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for a full-time role at a Level IV trauma center in southeastern Minnesota. This collegial ED team includes 6 physicians and 3 PAs, with 12-hour PA coverage daily and a mix of busy and light volumes designed to reduce burnout.
The position offers a generous benefits package including 35 days PTO, a $45,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation, resident stipend, 9% employer 401(k) contribution, and a CME allowance of $7,500.
