Assistant Teacher Position

Beck's Montessori Accelerated Learning Center in Eagan is a licensed childcare center seeking an Assistant Teacher to support our Infant classroom.

• MN ECE Assistant Teacher Qualified
• Previous experience in a licensed classroom setting
• Montessori experience preferred

• Shift: Monday – Friday, Full‑time
• Pay: $15‑18/hr based on education and experience

• Responsible for the safety and well‑being of students at all times.
• Assist the Lead Teacher in all aspects of the development and implementation of the educational environment and curriculum.
• Develop positive relationships with children and families.
• Participate in professional development activities designated by the Director.
• Maintain a neat, clean, well‑organized, and attractive prepared environment consistent with Montessori pedagogy, ensuring that the classroom and associated areas (including playground) meet all licensing, safety, and health requirements.
• Physical ability to work around small children—including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
