Accounts Payable (Primary: 40–50%)

• Own full-cycle AP, including 3-way PO matching in a manufacturing environment
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and vendor communication
• Support AP automation tools ( implementation upcoming)

Month-End Close (30–40%)

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with audit schedules and financial support projects
• Partner with operations on costing and accuracy

Payroll Exposure (Future: 10–20%)

• Gradually take on payroll processing as responsibilities transition in-house

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• Strong Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIFS, data handling
• Experience in AP and comfort doing transactional work
• Passion for learning, systems, and process improvement
