Job Description

This role provides comprehensive financial advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives through customized solutions. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires ongoing knowledge expansion through required licenses and training, and may involve residential mortgage loan origination subject to SAFE Act registration.

Responsibilities
  • Works with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan that includes brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑managed solutions).
  • Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
  • Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if 66 is not held, a passing score on the missing series within 60 days is required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

  • Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients.

Desired Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Obtained insurance licenses.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Weekly

    Schedule:

    Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
  • Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
  • Hours per Week: 40.
  • Pay Range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
  • Formulaic incentive eligible:
    Employees may participate in a formulaic incentive plan based on performance metrics.
