Director of Macroeconomic Strategy

• Support the Chief Market Strategist and Chief Economist with market and economic outlooks, investment themes, scenario analyses, and forward-looking perspectives
• Evaluate implications of changing market and economic conditions for asset allocation, portfolio positioning, and advisor/client guidance
• Conduct independent analysis of economic indicators, financial markets, earnings trends, valuations, monetary policy, and cross-asset developments
• Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and shifts in market and economic conditions that may influence investment outcomes and portfolio decisions
• Build, support, and enhance market and economic forecasting frameworks, analytical models, dashboards, and scenario analysis capabilities
• Develop systematic approaches for monitoring growth, inflation, policy, valuations, market conditions, and other indicators
• Develop and contribute content for market and economic publications, presentations, market commentaries, and advisor- and client-facing communications
• Translate market and economic developments into clear, actionable insights for retail investors, advisors, and clients
• Support market and economic presentations, advisor and client events, media-related activities, video content, and thought-leadership initiatives
• Leverage Bloomberg, Fact Set, AI-enabled research tools, and other technologies to expand research capabilities and improve analytical workflows and messaging

• 10+ years' experience in investment research, portfolio management, or strategy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• FINRA Series 7 required upon hire
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Strong knowledge in market and economic analysis
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Extensive knowledge base and understanding of various investment types (e.g. equities, fixed income, alternatives, etc.)
• Proficiency in modeling skills with the ability to combine investment knowledge and technical expertise
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and/or Fact Set
• Retail advisor/client experience
• Ability to communicate complex topics in understandable terms
• Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States

Demonstrates extensive expertise in market and economic analysis, investment research, and portfolio management, with a strong ability to communicate complex insights clearly to retail investors and advisors. Proficient in utilizing analytical models and tools like Bloomberg and Fact Set to enhance research capabilities and support strategic decision-making.
