Job Title:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Weekend Home Rehab
Company: Home Health Care, Inc.
Schedule: Weekends Only (Every or Every Other Weekend)
Pay: $42 - $46 per visit.
Mileage reimbursement: between clients!

OverviewJoin our weekend rehab team and bring transformative care into the homes of our clients. This COTA role is perfect for clinicians seeking rewarding work with flexibility and purpose.
Duties- Implement mobility and fine motor skill exercises guided by the patient’s care plan.
- Engage patients in activities that promote independence in daily routines.
- Accurately document all treatments and results in the patient EMR.
- Report all observations to the OT for timely care coordination.
- Minnesota COTA License.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- Home health familiarity is a plus.
- Experience with senior care clients preferred.
