Company Overview: At Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI), our mission is to help people improve their quality of life by empowering them with knowledge, resources, and skills—while always treating them with dignity and respect. We proudly serve individuals across Minnesota who are living with mental illness, substance use challenges, and other disabilities. Our services support people living independently in the community, in their own homes, as well as in our residential settings.

Through compassionate care and a person‑centered approach, we aim to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Position Overview

Program Managers oversee services and staff at a designated location. Overseeing services includes clinical evaluations at a program level and of individuals with a severe mental illness diagnosis, developmental disability and or traumatic brain injury. Overseeing staff will include most administrative activities to cover the full cycle of employment: interviewing, onboarding, support, evaluation, and progression or discipline. Operating in a DSP environment means your staff will be engaged in intensive 1:1 care of our clients, 24‑7 every day.

You will report to the Regional Director and have direct reports. Above your Regional Director is the Director of the service, and then the Vice President.
