Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists
. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities

We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.
Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- Completed 40 hour RBT training course
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Excellent references
- RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children
- Reliable and dependable
- Responds well to constructive feedback
- Team oriented problem solver
- Strong desire to make a difference in a child's life!
Job Duties
- 1:1 therapy sessions
- Teach play skills and social skills
- Teach self-help skills
- Document session outcomes
- Provide behavior support within group settings
