Weekend PCA

We are looking for weekend shift coverage for our West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Cannon Falls, and Farmington locations. This position is for WEEKEND DAYS (Fri‑Sun) or part time and is open to working week day shifts as well! Pay ranges from $20/HR to $30/HR!

• Provide attention to client's non‑medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co‑workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts

• Valid drivers license
• A reliable vehicle to get to and from the client's residence
• Someone who is kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and has good communication skills
• Previous experience working in the health field
• Physical requirements:
  
  Use of hands, wrists and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist and stoop
