Hospice Chaplain
As a Hospice Chaplain, you will provide spiritual services and comfort to patients and their families either directly or through coordination with clergy or spiritual counselors.

Our office is based in Roseville, MN and our service area covers the 13‑County Twin Cities Metro area. The territory for this position will be primarily in the South Metro. You should be willing to travel throughout Interim's service area based on client needs.
- Annual Salary Range: $54,080 - $66,560

- Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv or equivalent).
- Experience working with death, dying, terminally ill individuals and their families or caregivers.
- Hospice experience preferred.
- Assess and identify patient/family/caregiver spiritual status and needs.
- Provide direct spiritual services to patients/families/caregivers according to their spiritual identity and/or religious or spiritual tradition, or act as liaison to community spiritual caregivers as requested.
- Ensure documentation meets requirements for accuracy, timeliness, compliance, billing, and confidentiality.
- Participate in the interdisciplinary group (IDG) plan of care to address identified spiritual needs with appropriate interventions and goals.
- Conduct spiritual and/or religious services for patients/families and hospice and community staff as requested.
