About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Responsibilities:- Work closely with licensed behavioral analysts and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
- Provide ABA therapy sessions in the client's home, utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and goals, and collaborate with the treatment team to make informed decisions about treatment
- Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compassion in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues
- Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Must have a minimum of [insert number] months of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
