Physician Assistant, In-Home Visits

Role Overview: This position involves providing in-home health evaluations, including medical history review, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests, using an iPad and clinical workflow. The clinician will build trusted relationships, deliver personalized care, and conduct virtual visits as needed.

• Engage with patients in their homes to assess health status and answer questions.
• Perform diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry and screenings.
• Maintain flexible travel within licensed states and conduct virtual visits.
• Contribute to improving health outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Active, unrestricted licenses (NP or PA) and board certification.
• Preferred multi-state licenses.
• Ability to cover specific geographic areas.
• Comfort working in diverse home environments.
