State of Oklahoma – Sulphur Veterans Home seeks a Patient Care Assistant II for night shifts. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under nursing supervision, including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, charting, and escorting patients.
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM. This is a full-time, regular position. A CNA certification in good standing with the Oklahoma State Department of Health and at least one year of patient care experience are required.
