Behavior Technician weekends only

Overview

We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technician ( for weekends) to join our ABA team! This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children, stays positive under pressure, and wants to make a meaningful impact.

You’ll work directly with clients, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, and helping each child reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.

Must enjoy working with kids — daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred.

Positive, patient, and coachable — able to take direction and apply feedback.

Comfortable managing behaviors and staying calm in challenging moments.

Willing to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision.

Currently enrolled in or completed college (no high school–only applicants).

Reliable and consistent — this role requires working weekends.

RBT certification is a plus and earns a higher hourly wage.

Work 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.

Run programs and goals every 7 minutes as outlined by supervisors.

Collect accurate data during each session.

Support with cleaning and sanitizing therapy spaces and materials.

Follow supervisor direction and maintain professional communication.

Keep sessions positive, structured, and engaging for each client.

Assist with other tasks that support high-quality client care.

Hands-on ABA training and supervision provided.

Opportunities to grow into Lead Technician or BCBA trainee roles.

Supervision hours available for students working toward BCBA certification.

Must be at least 18 years old with starting an education.

Must be able to be on time and fulfill job requirements.

Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121 before starting.

Must pass a background check.
