Interim Health Care of the Twin Cities is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide in-home hospice care. The role offers independence to visit patients in their homes within the West Twin Cities Metro area, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, no weekends or holidays.
You will be required to travel within the service area, be MN Registry-registered, and bring CPR/BLS certification. Mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are provided.
