You'll provide one-on-one support based on each person's individual needs and goals. This may include:

• Supporting daily routines and independence

• Helping develop life skills and confidence

• Participating in hobbies and community activities

• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement

• Helping individuals work toward personal goals

• Completing simple shift documentation

We're looking for people who are kind, reliable, positive, communicative, and dependable
.

Caregiving or related experience is a plus, but what's most important to us is finding people who take pride in their work, treat others with respect, and can be counted on.

• 18 years or older

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to complete required background study and training

• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation

If you already support a family member or someone you know who receives waiver services, we may be able to hire you through Hearts in Homes MN. We'll take care of the training, payroll, systems, and ongoing support.
