Job Description
An exciting contract opportunity is available for a school psychologist to provide leave coverage from August 31, 2026, through November 26, 2026. Based near Saint Paul, MN, this assignment involves supporting a dynamic school community through direct, on-site engagement. Your expertise will ensure students receive essential psychological services that enhance their success and well‑being.
Qualifications and
Preferred Experience:
- Active state licensure as a school psychologist
- Relevant degree in school psychology or a closely related field
- Experience working in a K‑12 educational environment
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive school psychological services for the duration of the leave
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and interpret data to support student learning and social‑emotional needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement effective IEPs and interventions
- Participate in student support and crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintain clear records and uphold ethical, legal, and professional guidelines
This position is exclusively on-site, enabling meaningful face-to-face interactions with students and staff. You'll work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and be an essential part of the educational support network during this coverage period.
