• Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to rooms
• Assists with changing guest rooms, delivering messages, or requesting taxis for guests
• Operates hotel van transporting guests
• Maintains cleanliness of hotel van
• Performs various other duties as assigned

• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Bell person
• Minimum of high school education
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check and drug screening

• Ability to multi‑task
• Team player
• Ability to exceed guest expectations
