Job Description & How to Apply Below

We're looking for a Senior HR Manager to help lead HR Employee Relations services across our nationwide network of 300+ warehouse and distribution locations. You'll provide support and guidance to site and regional leadership- coaching of team members, resolving complex employee relations issues, drive talent acquisition strategy and making sure HR shows up as a real partner to the people running our sites, not just a policy office back at HQ.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's comfortable operating at scale: supporting a large distribution workforce across multiple locations with a lean team, prioritizing what matters most, and building the systems and playbooks that let HR reach places it can't be in person every day.

What you'll do:

  • Be a go-to HR advisor for regional and site leadership on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases- investigations, terminations, accommodations, with consistency and sound judgment
  • Keep FMP compliant across multiple state and local employment laws
  • Spot patterns across sites and bring systemic issues back to HR leadership to fix at the root, not case by case
  • Support the rollout of new HR tools and processes, including manager self-service and training

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading people
  • Experience supporting a multi-site, geographically distributed workforce from a corporate role, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or logistics backgrounds are a strong fit
  • Strong employee relations skillset, including investigations and complex case management
  • Working knowledge of employment law across multiple states
  • A track record of getting things done with a lean team and a lot of ground to cover
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus

Why this role:

You'll have real influence over how HR operates across a growing, distributed network, not just executing an existing playbook, but helping build the one the company uses going forward, from a corporate seat with visibility across the whole organization.

We are an EEOC/AA Employer. An industry leader, FMP offers well-balanced compensation and benefits programs, which may include medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, profit sharing, paid holidays/vacation/sick time, STD/LTD, + much more. Salary is based on experience and job performance.
