Position Summary

FCP Services is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition & Subcontractor Sourcing Specialist. This role is responsible for two primary objectives: attracting and recruiting top employee talent and building a qualified nationwide subcontractor network to support FCP Services growth and operational needs. This role proactively sources, develops, and maintains relationships with candidates, subcontractors, trade partners, staffing resources, and industry networks to ensure a consistent pipeline of talent and subcontractor capacity.

In support of these objectives, the role coordinates onboarding, subcontractor qualification, compliance documentation, workforce planning support, and recruiting metrics to ensure employees and subcontractors are prepared, compliant, and ready for successful deployment.

Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.

Key Responsibility Areas
1. Talent Acquisition & Employee Pipeline Development
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, operations, administrative, and leadership positions.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through referrals, job boards, trade networks, community partnerships, social media, direct outreach, industry associations, and other recruiting channels.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and industry contacts.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities.
  • Promote FCP Services employment brand and culture.
  • Attend recruiting and networking events.
  • Track recruiting activity and pipeline health.
2. Subcontractor Sourcing & Network Development
  • Proactively source, qualify, and develop subcontractor relationships across target markets.
  • Identify and evaluate subcontractors based on trade expertise, coverage, capacity, safety, licensing, insurance, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a subcontractor pipeline and database.
  • Build relationships with subcontractors, staffing partners, vendors, trade associations, and workforce resources.
  • Coordinate subcontractor qualification and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify workforce gaps.
  • Expand subcontractor coverage in priority markets.
3. Employee & Partner Onboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding for employees, subcontractors, and workforce partners.
  • Facilitate orientation and workforce readiness activities.
  • Ensure onboarding documentation is completed.
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, Payroll, HR, and IT.
4. Compliance & Documentation Management
  • Maintain recruiting, onboarding, and subcontractor records.
  • Track insurance certificates, licenses, certifications, contracts, and workforce documentation.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews.
5. Workforce Planning & Business Partnership
  • Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs.
  • Support workforce forecasting and labor planning.
  • Recommend recruiting and sourcing strategies.
6. Workforce Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain recruiting systems and records.
  • Track recruiting and subcontractor metrics.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards.

Success is primarily demonstrated by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified employee candidates and expanding FCP Services nationwide network of qualified subcontractors. Onboarding, compliance, workforce planning, and reporting activities support these primary outcomes.
