Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Remote

Pay Range: $60/hr to $70/hr

• We are seeking experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay Business Analysts with deep expertise in Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• This role will support a recently launched SAP S/4
  
  HANA environment with a primary focus on rapidly reducing invoice backlogs, identifying systemic root causes, and driving sustainable no-touch invoice processing.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Open Text VIM across full project life cycles (explore, design, build, test, deploy).
• Strong understanding of P2P processes and their integration with VIM in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes for invoice blocks (tax, freight, pricing, PO issues, and other exceptions).
• Proficiency with VIM transactions and tools used for clearing invoice backlogs.

• Local candidates (Minnesota) preferred but not required.
• Certification in Open Text VIM or any SAP module.

Support backlog remediation efforts for invoices in the newly deployed SAP S/4

HANA system.

• Execute VIM and P2P transactions to clear blocked invoices while simultaneously identifying and documenting underlying issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure root causes are permanently resolved to prevent recurrence.
• Provide insights to leadership by running VIM analytics and automation reports; track no-touch processing KPIs.
• Design and enhance workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training to super users and end users.
• Facilitate business sessions to align on priorities, requirements, testing, training, and deployment steps.
• Complete assigned tasks independently and effectively in a fast-paced stabilization environment.
