Business Analyst

Join our team as a Business Analyst and play a vital role in enhancing business workflow automation and optimizing member communication processes.

• Conduct comprehensive research and identify trends to recommend best practices for business processes.
• Document metrics and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and formulate implementation plans.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure aligned and successful project execution.
• Oversee updates and validate systems to ensure accuracy and compliance in member communications.
• Manage translation requests and ensure the precise implementation of language adaptations in communications.
• Maintain detailed documentation and tracking logs for compliance and quality assurance purposes.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving aptitude with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Robust project management capabilities with proficiency in handling multiple priorities.

• Experience with Helios, Predictal, Power Apps, and TDX Ticketing systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to upholding high standards of accuracy.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
• Experience in managing translation processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

The pay range for this role is $31 - $64 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
